How do I install the widget?

Sign up, add your website and allowed origin, then copy the embed snippet from Widget settings into your website. Your manager inbox stays here; visitors chat on your site.

Does AI always answer first?

You decide in each website’s settings: AI first with human handoff, manager first, or visitor choice. You can also turn the assistant off.

What can the assistant read?

Website answers use that website’s published knowledge. Draft articles, other clients’ knowledge and internal team conversations are kept separate.

How is AI usage billed?

Paid model generation needs your explicit opt-in and prepaid credit. Actual input and output tokens are charged separately at the saved rate. Local source-excerpt answers have no token charge.

Which languages and currencies are available?

English, Russian and Indonesian. Each widget has its own language setting. Plans are priced in USD, RUB and IDR; your interface language and billing currency can be chosen separately.
